Phone Number Configurations

Once you buy a phone number there are a few settings that need to be changed from the default Twilio to meet your requirements for outgoing and incoming calls.

Linking Phone Number to User

Please make sure that the following is accurate to your user / staff member.

Editing Configuration & Call Recordings

Each phone number you add needs to have a similar setting:

Call Recordings: Enter a "Space", so it does not mention "This call will be recorded for quality purposes"

Do Not enable Call Connect Feature.

Ring Incoming calls: Select which user/users are allowed to receive incoming calls.
