Resending Unopened Emails
Research indicates that a significant number of emails are overlooked in crowded inboxes. This modification aims to address this issue by allowing users to resend their emails to non-openers, ensuring that carefully crafted messages reach their intended audience. Users can resend campaigns to non-openers with just a few clicks. Additionally, they can modify the subject line to refresh the message and reduce the chance of user complaints. Furthermore, the new Click Performance Metrics feature provides detailed insights into how subscribers engage with your email content, allowing for more effective campaign optimization.
How to Use
Steps to Resend Emails to Unopened Recipients
Navigate to Email Marketing:
Go to the Email Marketing section in your dashboard.
Select Your Campaign:
Click on the "Campaigns" tab to view all your sent campaigns.
Choose the Campaign to Resend:
Select the campaign you want to resend. Click on the three dots next to the campaign name.
Resend to Unopened:
Choose the "Resend email to Unopened" option.
Update Settings:
Update the email settings, including the subject line if desired.
Schedule the resend time.
Confirm and Schedule:
Confirm the details and schedule the resend campaign.
Note:The resend feature is available within 12 hours to 10 days after the original email was sent. This timing minimizes complaints and aligns with industry norms.Resending is not supported for Batch schedule and RSS campaigns.
Click Performance Metrics:
Click Performance Metrics provides detailed insights into how subscribers engage with your email content through click tracking. By enabling click tracking, you can see which specific links are being clicked, understand subscriber interaction, and optimize your email campaigns for better engagement.
Benefit: This feature allows you to analyze link placements, gaining deeper insights into subscriber interaction, and helping you tailor your campaigns more effectively.
How to Use:
Navigate to the Email Marketing section.
Create a new campaign and click on send or schedule.
Enable click tracking before sending.
After sending, access Campaign Statistics by clicking the three dots next to your campaign.
Click on Click Performance to analyze link performance.
The click performance report would have all individual links and overview details.
Click on individual links to view contact-specific click details.
